90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your results within 90 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund of your order total. You do not need to return the product. Simply contact us, and we'll take care of the rest.

To be eligible:

  • Your request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date

  • You must have purchased directly from our official store

  • One refund per household


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at avellu@outlook.com with the subject line: Refund Request – Order #[your order number]

  2. Include your full name and order number

  3. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or variant, please request a refund and place a new order.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was damaged or incorrect on our end.
